Bhanu Pratap Singh Tak
FounderBhanu grew up watching Indian hospitality at its most generous — hotels in Rajasthan, tables that never ran out of room, meals that were never really about the food. After years spanning hotel management in India (Radisson Udaipur, Park Plaza Jaipur), large-scale construction across multiple countries, and a decade living across Washington D.C., New York, and San Francisco — he came back to that original feeling. Baatein is his answer to what Indian dining could be when it stops being formal and starts being alive.

A bestselling cookbook author, a Top Chef Masters alumnus, and a cultural voice with 6.1 million Instagram followers. In India, he is the creative force behind One8 Commune (with Virat Kohli), Neuma (with Karan Johar), and Bastian (with Shilpa Shetty). At Baatein, Suvir is not behind the pass — he is on the floor.
